• 职位描述：
  本职位工作地点在南京溧水经济开发区
  
  由于工厂产能扩大，需要增加新的生产线，全程参与设备布局，采购，跟踪调试到设备的正常运行。
  
  生产线布局，设备布局， 设备调试， 产品生产过程中工艺控制。
  
  生产过程中的工艺控制，设备参数设定，设备能力提升，设备标准化，作业指导书编制和人员培训。
  
  工艺持续提升，改进，产品品质提升。
  
  机械行业，了解大型设备，压机，磨机，粉末冶金行业优先。
  
  生产线布局，新厂投建方面的工作经验为佳。
  
  良好的沟通，解决问题能力，自我激励，团队管理能力。
  
  岗位要求：
  
  Bachelor degree and above on manufacturing engineering, machinery technology, automation etc. related
  5 years’ experience on similar position.
  Knowledge on IATF16949, APQP, trouble shooting, and 8D.
  Familiar with PFMEA, control plan and error proofing.
  Experience on press and heat treatment is must, and powder metal experience is a plus.
  Knowledge on PLC, NC, robot and vision etc.
  Good at cross function work and communication.
  Good at learning new technology, willingness for change and self-motivation.
  Familiar with industry 4.0 and digital technology.
  Experience in motor industry is a must.
  English ability on written and oral are needed.
