  Role & Responsibilities
  
  1. Identify the character of products by profession knowledge, Evaluate how to produce products, evaluate the cycle time and production cost during enquiry step以专业知识识别产品特性，评估如何加工产品，加工成本和加工时间
  
  2. Responsible for the machining fixture design for product负责产品机加工夹具设计Responsible for instruction and control the whole machining process负责指导和控制机加工全过程 （例如：设备运行精度，夹具有效性，各类检测校准的误差,鉴别操作人员的资质是否能满足工艺要求）
  
  3. Tooling selection and analyze the result and continuous improvement刀具选择，切削效果分析以及改进
  
  4. Responsible for resolve the production process issues, ensure the machining stability of process负责解决生产加工中遇到的工艺问题，保证加工操作平稳进行
  
  
  Quality & Background
  
  1. Above machinery technology and college education background 机械专业大专以上学历
  
  2. Strong ability of comprehend mechanical drawing. Must mater all kinds of form and position tolerance, technology requirement对各种零部件图纸的识别，必须熟悉和精通产品图纸各种形位公差和技术要求.
  
  3. Master capacity for machine(such as the machine center, CNC milling machine) make the available process to meet Plansee requirement of material, quality and cost熟知机加工设备（如加工中心，数控铣床），制定合理的工艺，符合公司机加工材质以及产品成本和质量要求
  
  4. Over 5 years experiences in machining process and CNC program. Stronger mechanical knowledge in manufacturing and design, and identify the risk and take action begore production 5年以上机加工工艺和数控程序经验,具备较强的机械制造与设计知识，能设计和识别产品加工过程中的风险和采取有效的应对措施
  
  5.Can work independently and under pressure, Strong responsibility, team work 能独立和承受压力工作，有责任心和团队精神
  
  6. Good command of English, being able to communicate with English speaking engineers良好的英文，能与外籍同事英文沟通技术
