I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
To assure the company has effective system to meet with Corp. Quality requirements.
As a QE Supervisor/Sr. QE ，he/she is responsible for:
? Operations quality.
? Process Validation.
? Responsible for Change Control.
? Other tasks assigned by Manager.
He /She contributes to the effective communications with manufacturing team and our customers
Major challenges over the next 12 months will include:
? Maintain and improve a Quality Management System (QMS)
? Build quality into products from the development phase to manufacturing phase by ensuring Quality Control
? Optimize Process Validation procedure and follow new procedure to manage process validation
? Optimize Change Control procedure
? Attend internal audit and management review meeting.
? Review and approve registration document.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
To be successful in the position the candidate must possess the following critical experiences and skills:
Position Specific Competencies / Experience
? 3 years above hands-on QA/QC experience in manufacturer (In Plansee type company experience preferred)
? Relevant work experience with strong focus on QA/QC experience in manufacturing industry, e.g. CAPA, NCR, document control
? Relevant validation experience in mechanical manufacturing industry.
? Relevant change control experience
? Good knowledge on applicable methods and principles within Mechanical manufacturing industry
? Strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulations learned from multinational companies
? Ability to apply standards & regulations into practice
? Ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
Education
? A relevant scientific bachelor degree, preferably in engineering
? Internal auditor ISO certified
Language
? Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
IT
? Good working knowledge of modern IT tools
