Role & Responsibilities
- Build a complete measurement system for all products
- Review drawing to evaluate feasibility of measurement in inquiry phase
- Define MSOP in order phase to confirm it fulfill measurement request
- Release product MSOP for measurement room/ operator / IPQA and approve measurement program
- Prepare FAI report template for products
- Lead validation of the validity of the measurement method, MSA, GRR
- Training operators in measurement techniques (CMM, OMM, Caliper, MIC, etc.)
- Assist with alignment/communications with customer measurement systems, correlation, etc.
- Optimizing the selection of measuring equipment, choose the optimal measurement system
- Support to manage and calibrate measuring equipment
- Design gages/fixtures to improve measurement efficiency
- Support QAE for data analysis including Cpk analysis, optimize control plan and optimize measurement cost
- Support production to find solutions for complicated/challenging dimensions by dimension analysis with detailed measurements
- Provide Measurement report for customer
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualification & Background
- Colleague degree or above in mechanical background
- Above 2 years work experience in industry field (tooling, stamping, machining, etc.)
- Experience in QM tools of SPC, MSA, FMEA, AQPQ, PPAP, quality tools
- Skills in measuring equipment/instruments (CMM, contour, OMM) will be preferred
- Good communication in English and Chinese (written and oral)
- Good Knowledge in Ms Office and SAP system

任职资格
-机械专业大专及以上学历
-2年以上工业领域工作经验（模具、冲压、机械加工等）
-具有SPC、MSA、FMEA、AQPQ、PPAP和质量工具的质量管理工具经验
-具备测量设备/仪器（三坐标测量机、轮廓测量机、OMM）技能者优先
-良好的中英文沟通能力（书面和口头）
-熟悉Ms Office和SAP系统
