Work Target Responsibility
1.Overall responsibility on customer project throughout all project phases on global a scale (design, prototyping, ramp up, mass production, ramp down)
2.Leading the project team for product development, technology and quality in cooperation with Plansee internal expert group
3.Specification, evaluation and investment of production equipment including equipment acceptance, installation and start up
4.Process setup, control and documentation requirements for all implemented manufacturing steps
5. Coordinate interactions with customer and align internally schedules
6.Other duties as assigned.
Skills Qualification
1.Technical education (mechanical engineering or industrial engineering [material engineering])
2.Experience in DOE and implementing of new processes and analysis of process data
3.Time and Target management to keep timelines and focus on required actions to meet the project goals
4.3-5 years professional experience in production or development
5.Production know how in powder metallurgy
A. Perfect communication in English
B. Flexibility in working hours and travel on short notice required
