• 职位描述：
  Role & Responsibilities岗位职责
  1.Define and implement production processes and equipment and support the financial planning and calculation of future production
  设计并规范生产流程及确定设备规格，协助财务预算的制作，以满足未来生产需求
  2.Responsible for assistance and consulting from customers at the design/process arrangement from cost benefit optimized product/process solutions
  基于客户订单要求，调整产品设计或生产流程以达到成本效益优化
  3.Responsible for training, education, and sensitization from production employees for the requests from customers
  负责冶金生产线员工的技术培训及指导，以满足客户订单需求
  4.Responsible for managing of technical part of customer projects / new products together with sales and R&D
  负责新产品投产或客户项目管理中涉及的技术部分的解决，并与销售、研发部门沟通协调
  5.Assist to lead technological (eg. Metallurgy) teams in production
  协助管理冶金生产部技术组团队
  
  Qualifications任职资格
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Material Science, Mechanical or Process Engineering or similar)
  本科及以上学历，理工类专业（如材料科学，机械或工艺工程等）
  2.Good command of Chinese and English
  具有良好的中英文沟通能力
  3.Team player, hard working, honest and fast learner
  具有较强团队精神，勤奋诚实，学习能力强
