职位描述:Job Description:
- Filing of documents and set up proper records and systems for the office.
- Assist in providing secretarial and administration support which includes making arrangements for appointments, travel, etc.
- - Documents translation and as interpreter for foreign colleague in case customer visit and on site technical support
- Spare parts business support
- Marketing and sales activities support
- Service coordination support
- Other job responsibilities assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
- College or university degree, professional, at least 2~3 years relevant experience as an Administration Assistant, preferable for the working experience with foreign invested company
- Good command of verbal and written English
- Efficient computer skills, e. g. MS office
- Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
- Independent to handle the job on timely manner
- Be meticulous, highly organized and have lots of initiative
- High sense of responsibility, hardworking, honest, customer service oriented, comprehensive and pleasant
