• 职位描述：
  One MNC is looking for the following executives:
  
  
  Manufacturing Manager-Powder Metallurgy –制造经理-粉末冶金
  
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  
  1. Oversee the entire operation of the Powder Metallurgy division including production, engineering, quality control, production planning and control, tooling, projects and machine maintenance to achieve the division target
  
  2. Ensure operations adhere strictly to operating procedures, maintenance program and quality and safety requirement from international quality standard
  
  3. Manage and develop staff – grow, develop and retain technical skills in order to meet operation needs / business growth
  
  4. Act as change agent to drive changes and continuous improvements by Gemba Kaizen methodology to bring organization to world class standard
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  1. Degree or above in Engineering / Manufacturing Management or related disciplines
  
  2. Minimum 12 years’ working experience from sizeable manufacturing companies of Direct Labor of around 5,000 headcount
  
  3. Knowledge in manufacturing techniques and process on Gemba Kaizen
  
  4. Must have solid work knowledge on Power Metallurgy or from similar component parts manufacturing environment such as bearings, sintered parts, metal graphite carbon brushes etc
  
  5. Good people and leadership skill with the ability to build and promote team spirits
  
  6. Flexible and adaptable in a fast and changing environment
  
  7. Proficiency in English & Chinese, including conversational Mandarin
  
  8. 5-day workweek and station in our Shenzhen plant, China
