• 职位描述：
  至少8年以上粉末冶金产品设计工作经验, 包括粉末冶金模具、夹具、和工艺的设计；熟悉ISO/TS16949质量管理体系，熟练按APQP的要求进行产品开发和项目管理；熟练使用Solidworks 设计软件；3年以上管理工作岗位的经验。
  
  带领团队负责项目、零件的开发，按PPAP的要求进行项目管理，负责粉末冶金制品的模具设计、连接器件、工装和夹具的设计，负责建立粉末冶金产品生产工艺，负责按照质量控制体系的要求制定各种操作程序。
  
  •Evaluate or redesign products for customers to use P/M technology
  •负责审核客户图纸进行工程评估并且按照粉末冶金工艺和技术对产品进行重新设计
  
  •Choose and evaluate the powder material for the products
  •负责按照产品技术要求确定和选择粉末材料
  
  •Design tools, adaptors and fixtures for the products
  •负责设计模具、连接器件、工装和夹具
  
  •Establish manufacturing process and determine the cost of the process and solve technical problems in the process
  •负责带领团队设计生产工艺，确定工序成本和不断降低工序成本，解决生产过程中的技术问题。
  
  •Fulfill related QC documents and procedures of TS16949 including inspection records.
  •按照ISO/TS16949 质量管理体系的要求带领团队制定与工程相关的程序文件和APQP要求的各种文件。
  
  •Test new equipments, test new process and adjust the tools of the new product
  •协助工程总监论证新设备和新工艺的可行性，并进行相关试验，并负责推动项目以及新产品和新模具的调试
  
  •Implement continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, to ensure qualified production, and to improve manufacturing efficiency
  •负责实施持续改进计划，以保证降低成本、提高产品质量、改善生产效率
  
  •Provide technical support for market development and secondary machining and enter the routing of new programs into QAD system and provide training for operators
  •为市场开发提供技术支持，为外协加工提供技术支持，确定工序成本并输入QAD系统,,为生产操作人员提供培训。
  
  •Approval complex process design/tooling design
