1. Bachlor degree, majored in mechanical engineering related.
2. 3+ years porduction management experience in CNC machining sphere.
3. Solid knowledge on CNC machining, Fanus is a must, Simens is an advantege.
4. Be good at improvement of cutter life and efficiency, especially turning and grinding,DMG is a plus.
5. Excellent problem solving compentency,especially on cutter selection, fixture improvement and program optimization.
6. Strong Quality conciousness, sound knowledge about TS16949 quality management system.
7. Excellent communication skill and team building experience
8. Good planning and Project management knowledge.
9. Powder metal industry experience is preferred.
10.Fimilliar with office software.
11.Demonstrated leadship skill.
12.Good english level both writing and oral
13.Honest,Hard working ,logical,Active

岗位职责：
1. Provide leadership of a production unit
2. Motivate production personnel to achieve company and department target.
3. Conduct PU line daily work, especially for the safety and lean related.
4. Ensure the delivery can be carried out to meet the customer requirement.
5. Focus on quality improvement on both product and process, work with quality/ST to analyze and resolve quality issue, take effective/preventive actions to avoid and eliminate non-conformity.
6. Strive for high efficiency to meet cost target and for continuous improvements.
7. Maintain and create excellent working atmosphere amongst both internal and external of department.
8. Other tasks by the supervisor
