职位描述：Job profile/responsibilities:
Powder Metallurgy Senior Engineer is responsible for developing new sinter samples and managing projects as team leader, daily job including evaluating new customer drawings, designing pressing/sizing tool concept with engineers in head quarter, reviewing the tool drawings from suppliers, designing machining fixtures and QC tools with machining engineers, defining instruction parameters and measure methods preparing production documents and PPAP documents according to customer requirements, following up sample production. And involving in solving problems and improving process in co-operation with Production, and Sourcing and suppliers
PM Engineer reports to German Technical Manager, who is from FJ Denmark working in FJ China, working closely with Sales, Sourcing and production and so on.
Professional skills and experience:
- No less than 5 years experience on PM industry, experience in the designing of tools for medium or more complex iron structure parts, machining fixtures and QC tools.
- Practical experience in making process for sinter parts, and in different measurement methods and geometrical tolerances
- English communication in writing and oral
- Preferably experience or knowledge on PPAP or relevant document
- Be able to use CAD, and 3D software, preferable
Educational background:
- University degree, college or technical school education in mechanical engineering
