职位描述：Major Responsibilities: List major areas of responsibilities and accountabilities of the position.
1. Process prove-in for new product (Drawing making: part drawing optimization, mould/fixture designing, process drawings and parameters determination); process documents development (operation cycle, work instruction, process startup), and sampling process leading up.
2. Technical supports on production line (trouble shooting, problem solving and continuous improvement);
3. Technical support to customers, Sales/Marketing and Manufacturing on the powder metal process.
4. New equipment debug and set up;
5. PFMEA;
6. Process training for new employees;
7. Defining and involvement of cost reduction projects;
Key Competencies: Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.
1. Thorough understanding of powder metallurgical designing and process.
2. Be proficient in Auto CAD, able to use one of 3D software (UG, ProE, Solidworks) smoothly for designing, Office application software such as excel, word, power point skillful.
3. A systematical methodology in problem analysis and problem solving;
4. Familiarity with the statistical tools such as SPC, Histogram;
5. Self motivated & positive working attitude;
6. A good team member able to collaborate with internal and external departments; 7. Good communication skills;
8. Ability of reading and writing in English is necessary and oral/listening comprehension of English is preferred.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, Metallurgical background considering iron-based material;
2. Min. 5 years of practical experience in powder metal designing and familiar with metallurgical process such as compaction, sintering process.
