职位描述：Responsible for the safe and stable operation of steel powders annealing line.

Manage equipment installation, debugging and daily maintenance of steel powders annealing line.
负责钢粉退火线的设备安装，调试及日常保养维护。
Establish equipment emergency response plan and HSE management in operation.
制定设备应急反应计划及生产运作中的HSE管理。
Make production control plan, process flow, daily inspection list and set up SOPs for each position.
制定生产控制计划，工艺流程，日常点检及各岗位的操作指导。
Maintain documents for operation , information systems and ISO/TS quality system。
生产工艺系统及ISO/TS体系相关文档的维护
Improve product quality and production efficiency continuously through improving process .
通过改进工艺不断提高产品品质和生产效率
Conduct operator supervision to ensure the all operation procedures implemented safely and correctly.
现场监督确保所有生产程序安全正确执行
Accomplish other assigned tasks

Bachelor’s degree above, major in mechanical, electrical or automation ， Experience in steel-making or powder metallurgy relevant is preferred
本科以上学历，机械、电子或自动化专业。从事钢铁制造或粉末冶金行业工作者优先。
Minimum three years experience in production or equipment management experience
至少3年以上的生产或设备管理经验
Good command of PC, fluent in English
熟练的计算机操作及英语听说写
Hard working, good implementation , ability to solve the problem independently, good communication and teamwork spirit.
良好的执行力及工作态度，有独立解决问题的能力，良好的垢通通能力及团队合作能力。
