  任职要求 – 学校教育/知识/工作经验
  ? 大专或以上学历,模具，材料或热处理等相关机械专业。College degree or above, majored in mould,materia,mechanical engineering related.(4)
  ? 三年以上汽车行业工作经验，粉末冶金行业优先考虑。3+years automobile experience, powder metal industry experience is preferred.(3)
  ? 两年以上人员管理经验和模具管理经验。2+year staff management experience & tool management experience.(3)
  ? 熟悉模具加工工艺,及一般性机加工设备，如车，铣，磨...。Be familiar with tooling manufacture process, CNC machines,like turning,milling,grinding...(4)
  ? 熟悉冲压模具结构及工作原理，熟悉粉末冶金模具优先考虑。Be familiar with stamping tools struct and principle, powder material tools is preffered.(4)
  ? 具备一定的项目管理经验。Project management experience.(3)
  ? 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力。Excellent problem analyzing & solving competency(4)
  ? 良好的流程控制能力。Good process control & execute competency (3)
  ? 具备良好的英文沟通能力。Good English communication both writing and oral(5)
  ? 熟悉机械制图，能够读懂英文图纸。Be familiar with machanical drawing and understanding (5)
  ? 良好的团队合作精神。Excellent team building experience.(5)
  ? 了解TS16904质量管理体系。Knowledge about TS16949 quality management system.(3)
