  Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
  Contribute to the CP market business increase by innovation from new products or improvement of good performance/cost position. And support the smooth operation of the the CP worldwide plants including ASN2 in Shanghai, AKK in Japan and ALX in Luxembourg.
  开发新产品或者优化产品性价比以帮助CP市场的增长。 给全球CP工厂包括上海ASN2, 日本AKK， 以及卢森堡工厂的运营提供技术支持。
  Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责
  1, Develop new products including new recipe design for diamond blades,drills and grinding tools, or innovative structure design for the diamond tools. Develop or optimize the process to achieve good cost position, to improve the manufacturing efficiency.
  开发新产品包括金刚石锯片，磨轮或者钻杆配方开发，或者新颖的结构设计。 开发或优化工艺以期优化产品的成本结构或者提高生产效率等。 60%
  2, Provide complete and systematical analysis for raw materials such as metal powder and diamonds, semi-products or final products to CP local and global plants.
  为本地以及全球其他区域工厂提供技术支持，为原材料如金属粉和金刚石，半成品（如刀头) ，及成品的提供完整和系统的分析。20%
  3, Technical support to global production, local sales and product team
  为全球生产，本地销售和产品团队提供技术支持。20%
  
  学历要求：硕士或以上
  语言要求：英语
  专业要求：金属材料/粉末冶金
  工作年限：3年以上
