职位描述：
1. Evaluate or redesign products for customers to use P/M technology
审核客户图纸进行工程评估并且按照粉末冶金工艺和技术对产品进行重新设计
2. Choose and evaluate the powder material for the products
按照产品技术要求确定和选择粉末材料
3. Design tools, adaptors and fixtures for the products
设计模具、连接器件、工装和夹具
4. Establish manufacturing process and determine the cost of the process and solve technical problems in the process
设计生产工艺，确定工序成本和不断降低工序成本，解决生产过程中的所有技术问题
5. Fulfill related QC documents and procedures of TS16949 including inspection records.
按照TS16949 质量系统的要求制定各种程序文件包括各种质量记录表格
6. Test new equipments, test new process and adjust the tools of the new product

7. Implement continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, to ensure qualified production, and to improve manufacturing efficiency

8. Provide technical support for market development and secondary machining and enter the routing of new programs into QAD system and provide training for operators
