• 职位描述：
  Main responsibility:
  1 Qualify capable suppliers together with sourcing/procurement dept, engineering dept and other relative departments.
  2 Monitor the suppliers’ delivery performance
  3 Monitor control plan execution in supplier side, take actions try to contain quality issues before sending to company
  4 Issue Non Conformity Form and Corrective and Preventive Action Plan to suppliers once NC occurs
  5 Work with supplier to analyze, identify the root cause, take actions to correct and prevent similar issues recurrence.
  6 Implement on-site audit when necessary
  7 Evaluate supplier quality performance and urge supplier to continuous improve.
  
  Special knowledge & skill:
  1 Be familiar with TS16949, experience of supplier audit.
  2 Experience in APQP/PPAP/PFMEA/MSA/SPC and GD&T
  3 Good at problem solving( 8D, 5-WHY,etc.)
  4 Fluent in oral/written English
  5 Strong interpersonal communication skills, and confilct management.
