  Production Plan生产计划
  List of Activities:
  Make production planning, follow the delivery status. 生产计划的制定，进度跟踪。
  ? Plan and follow outsource machining activities. 委外计划制定及跟踪
  ? Release order to purchase raw material of powder and other indirect material basing on the plan . 根据生产计划进行原材料以及其他辅材的采购
  ? Study VSM to continuely improve the level of add-value(eg.inventory control, shorten lead time...). 研究价值流图并对组织的增值活动进行持续改进（如：物料库存的管控以及缩短制程交期等）
  ? Data maintenence and accuracy improvement by using SAP and Cronet. 使用SAP/Cronet等ERP系统, 对车间主要数据进行日常维护及提高准确性.
  ? Work with KAM，customer service，PU，Warehouse to evaluate the gap between capacity and forecast, deal with fluctuation to meet customer requirment. 关注产能与预测之间的差异与其他部门紧密合作，满足客户需求
  ? Other task by the supervisor主管安排的其它工作
  
  Requirement Profile – Education/Knowledge/Work Expericence
  ? University degree (5)
  ? At least 3years demand planning, production planning or related experience. (5)
  ? SAP and Cronet experience are preferred. (4)
  ? Lean knowledge:5S,Waste&Valua... VSM experience is one big advantage. (5)
  ? project management. (4)
  ? English skill , both written and oral. (4)
  ? Team player. (4)
  ? Excellent communication and coordination skill. (5)
