• 职位描述：
  Position summary:
  
  The position will handle all powder metallurgy projects, make samples for customers and ensure testing results are satisfactory and all components could be used in mass production.
  
  Responsibility:
  •Confirm the sinter part drawing spec and requirements from customers. (ESI, DFM)
  •Provide quick quotations as well as get official quotations (RFQ) for new samples
  •Make tool design of new products
  •Design new product process and machine setting, and instruct technicians for the tool setup, and make samples
  •Review with customers on test results, and make trouble-shooting when necessary
  •Prepare TS16949 documents and prepare for the launch of mass production
  •Manage the engineering team and develop other junior Engineers
  
  Requirements:
  •College or above degree, major in Metallic Material or related disciplines
  •Over 8 years of experience in powder metallurgy sinter part/gear/bushing, Especially on tool design and machine setup
  •Good at SolidWorks/AutoCAD software skill
  •Be familiar with 6 Sigma tools and lean production concepts
  •Be familiar with TS16949 system
  •Good English writing and reading skill
  •Good organization ability and communication skill with internal and external customers
