  工作目标：
  Job Objective:
  As member of the material microstructure lab, support fundamental testing work.
  
  职责描述：
  Job Responsibilities:
   Provide technical support to material characterization for research groups, plants and other customers, especially for FTIR and XRD techniques.
   Develop new characterization techniques for microstructure analysis is a plus.
  
  任职要求：
  Job Requirements:
   Bachelor or Mater major in material science and engineering or material physics and chemistry.
   Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker.
   Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand on ability
   Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility
   Can work for 5 days per week, last for more than 4 months
