• 职位描述：
  Role Title: Process Engineer
  Reports to: Operation Superintendent
  Primary Purpose:
  The Process Engineer mainly focuses on the process safety, process control and improvements, new
  product introduction, trouble shooting, cost control, related documents compiling and so on.
  The Process Engineer will be responsible for the safe and ongoing operation of both workshops in RTIT
  Suzhou.
  Detailed Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Establish and maintain the process safety system, emergency response plan and HSE
  management in operation.
  • Improve product quality and production efficiency and reduce conversion cost continuously through
  improving process and operation.
  • Make and maintain production control plan, process flow, process parameter, daily inspection list
  and set up SOPs for each position and each grade of product.
  • Maintain documents for ISO/TS quality system.
  • Conduct operator supervision to ensure the all operation procedures implemented safely and
  correctly.
  • Off specification product quality – Analyze the cause with technical service and improve the
  process and parameters.
  • Process Instability -- Communicate and discuss with operational superintendent and maintenance
  team leader timely to maintain equipment and adjust the process.
  • Reject or customer’s complaints – Analyze the issue with operational superintendent and technical
  service team and respond to customer appropriately
  • Safety issue - Analyze the cause with HSEQ Advisor and operational superintendent and improve

  • Bachelor degree or above with major of Metallics, Mechanical, Material related.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Coordination/planning/communication skills with all levels of the plant;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Problem solving skills and ability to troubleshoot;
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Safety Management, Quality Management
  System
  • Good English communication skills are preference.
  • Demonstrated technical management experience in an industrial environment.
