• 职位描述：
  1.Quote new parts in e-RFQ对e-RFQ新品报价
  
  -Do feasibility as customer drawing requirement 根据客户要求做可行性分析；
  
  -Give PM production oriented product design suggestion to customer 提出适合粉末冶金生产的产品设计建议；
  
  -Make flow chart 制定生产流程；
  
  -Estimate product cost 评估产品成本；
  
  -Confirm with RPPC Global if need 有必要时与全球的RPPC沟通确认；
  
  2. Design job.设计工作
  
  -Make process route of new part in ERP system制定ERP系统中的新产品工艺路径；
  
  -Choose and decide standard powders for new part为新产品选择和确定标准原料粉末；
  
  -Collect tool design parameters, be responsible for tool design with UG采集模具设计参数，用UG为粉末冶金件负责设计模具；
  
  -Audit process documents made by manufacturing engineers审核制造工程编制的工艺文件；
  
  -Follow up new part production, and solve all problems in test production跟踪新品试制，解决试生产的各种问题；
  
  3.Lead project work领导本项目工作
  
  -Deploy group program management procedure. Make program management plan to meet OEM customer requirement and APQP requirement执行集团的项目管理程序, 制定项目管理计划,确保满足客户整车开发和APQP的要求;
  
  -Knowing all requirement before launch a new program在项目启动前，确保了解项目启动的各项要求;
  
  -Set up program core team and clear team members’ target incl. product development, application, quality, purchasing, etc. 建立项目核心小组并设立明确的小组成员目标,包括产品开发,应用工程,质量,采购等;
  
  -Following all activities during a program including risk management, value stream, KHT etc. 追踪项目进程中的所有活动包括风险管理,价值流和KHT等活动以确保实现既定的目标;
  
  - Achieve program targets on timing, quality, profit, cost control…实现项目的既定目标:时间,质量,利润,成本控制等;
  
  任职要求：
  
  1.本科以上学历，粉末冶金、机械设计、材料相关专业
  
  2.至少在设计粉末冶金件有5年以上的工作经验，包括设计模具、工装以及编制工艺，会用UG软件，熟悉粉末冶金的制造过程和了解APQP，熟悉质量5大控制工具
  
  3.英语听说读写熟练
  
  4.年龄38周岁以内
