•Win new customers and projects according to 5 years strategy plan and capacity & capability.
•Visit customers to build and maintain customer relationship under GKN code.
•Understand customer requirement and introduce to internal team members.
•Analyze product group marketing situation, make customer strategy and project strategy. Coordinate and align with global key account managers for customer and project strategy. •Work with RPPC to get cost on new projects, involve in process analysis and cost evaluation, communicate with customer for technical proposal and commercial solutions; offer to customer.
•Maintain e-RFQ system properly and timely.
•Reporting according to supervisor’s requirement.
•Negotiate customer master contracts basing on company guidelines and coordinate with global KA.
•Negotiate with customer project commercial issues including price, tooling cost, payment terms, delivery terms, material surcharge and so on, and get agreement finally with customer basing on GKN policy.
•Involve in project development management, bring in necessary information during project development and mass production including milestones, volume, risks and customer special requirement.
•Coaching colleagues, like sales engineer, and sales assistant.
•Support customer service on delivery, invoices, payment, and coordinate on customer complains
•Organize customer innovation days with support by marketing specialist, attend marketing events when necessary. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
•Good communicator and coordinator
•Good in speaking English and excellent in reading and writing English
•Fluent in using MS Office
•Accept regular trip and can working under pressure
•More than 5 years’ sales working experience in automotive industry.
•Powder Metallurgy experience is a plus.
